WHAT IS THE BAYAPAY CARD?
BayaPay's prepaid Mastercard card (“Card”) is a reloadable prepaid card, whereby the program is operated and owned by BayaPay Sdn. Bhd.
The Card program is supported and licensed by BayaPay's license partner, Instapay Technologies Sdn. Bhd. being the Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") e-money issuer and a Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd license holder.
Instapay Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is regulated by both BNM and Mastercard International Inc.
WHAT IS AN OPEN-LOOP PAYMENT CARD?
Unlike closed-loop payment cards, open-loop cards allow for payments across multiple fleet-related expense management (fuel, repairs, breakdowns, lodging, medical, tolls, parking, etc) across all retailers where Visa/ Mastercard cards are accepted.
