Addtionally, you acknowledge and consent that for BayaPay to provide you with services, benefits, offers, and privileges related to the Card, manage the Card and Account, facilitate Card use, and process transactions, there may be sharing, transfer, retrieval, updating, and processing of Personal Data. This includes the creation of member profiles and user accounts, and updating of personal details, among BayaPay, its related companies, relevant regulatory authorities, and any other parties engaged by BayaPay for service provision, rights enforcement, or other purposes. This may occur within and beyond Malaysia, as outlined in the Privacy Policy, and the you have provided consent for these actions

5. Security of your personal information

BayaPay has engaged into a variety of industry-standard security technologies, procedures and processes and is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information.

 

When sensitive information (login data, credit card number, expiration date, address, credit data, purchase data, location data) is provided, encryption is performed using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. We do not store any credit card information nor purchase data. Though BayaPay undertakes the necessary steps to safeguard your Personal Information, do note that BayaPay cannot fully eliminate all security risks and is not liable for any losses that may result from unauthorized use of your credit card by any other third party.


6. Platform license & updates

BayaPay Payments Management Platform is a software platform that allows customers to manage their drivers, vehicles, payments, transactions, locations, payment limits and controls and all aspects of payments related to their fleet of vehicles.

 

Any updates, design, reports and templates will also be considered as part of the Software. This Software is a non-transferable internal use of license under the copyright to use, display, execute and perform for the sole purpose of managing fleet-related payments produced by BayaPay.

 

7. Changing your preferences

If you feel you have received an email from us in error, please contact us via our website at www.bayapay.com. At any time, if you no longer with to receive a specific form of email, please follow the “Unsubscribe” instructions located near the bottom of each email.

 

BayaPay does its best to ensure the accuracy of its marketing materials sent out. Should there be any discrepancies or inaccuracies, changes will be made at our sole discretion and BayaPay is not liable to honour any of the discrepancies in prices, discounts, promotions or rates.
